Weekly Care Assessments: Care Providers prepare weekly care assessments that allow us to track our clients condition. This monitoring helps us identify and report significant changes in their overall status.
Supervised Care Provider Monitoring: Care Providers are monitored routinely to ensure that all required tasks are performed and the quality of care meets our licensing standards.
Emergency Preparedness & Disaster Response Planning: Disaster Preparedness and Quality Assurance Plans are developed during the admission process in preparation for any unforeseen emergencies.
